Shipping costs are as follows:
UK – Under £10 – £1.99 via 1st Class Post
UK – Over £10 – Free via 1st Class Post
Overseas – Any Amount – £9.99 via International Recorded Post
All orders placed before 12:00 noon any working day (Mon – Fri) are dispatched the same day.
Returns & Refunds
Unwanted purchases
Any item purchased can be returned to us with 28 days for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Damaged / Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that goods received are damaged or faulty, please contact us and we will arrange for a return / refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
